Order Processing & Fulfillment
All of our products are made to order and printed through our trusted partner, Printify. This means each item is created just for you, reducing waste and ensuring quality.
Please allow 2–7 business days for production time before your order is shipped. Production times may vary during high-volume periods such as holidays.

Shipping Times
After production, your order will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. In some cases, promotional free shipping may apply.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check your tracking information first. For orders delayed beyond 10 business days in the U.S. or 21 days internationally, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

If you have any issues with your purchase and would like to request a refund or reprint, please contact us at support@thejpjco.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the problem, and we’ll get back to you right away.
